The difference between Master 2 and Master:

2.the second processor of master 2 is updated to GRBL1.1F firmware. Control software update to benbox\ LaserGRBL and LightBurn in GRBL1.1f mode (default Benbox firmware)


NEJE Master 2 is a engraving and cutting machine for area ( 170x170mm ), with its main structure being formed by unique special composite materials and CNC process precision assembly, which enables the machine with durability without deformation, ensuring long-term service life and high accuracy.

NEJE Master 2 is equipped with 2 processors and can support 2 firmwares at the same time. When starting the software, the machine will automatically recognize the software and connect to it. In NEJE mode, NEJE Windows software works with NEJE ANdorid APP. This mode is suitable for beginners, which is simple and can help create high-quality works.

NEJE software provides cloud services, with numerous high-quality materials to help you create better works.

NEJE's online G-code helps beginners to easily understand the G-code world.

In NEJE mode, with built-in sensor protection function, if the position changes when the machine is working, the machine will stop working to protect it from damage.

Another processor is Atmel, which supports BENBOX firmware and GRBL 1.1F firmware. Both these two modes are suitable for professional players to handle Gcode.

NEJE Module is equipped with temperature sensing. Each NEJE laser has undergone long-term aging test to ensure that the heat dissipation is controlled within 70 degrees Celsius. Laser modules without temperature sensing function cannot ensure that the laser can work for a long time because it is impossible to detect the quality for the mode in which the temperature cannot be measured.

3500mw 405nm module: extremely fine focusing, 405nm high absorption efficiency, good at sculpting grayscale portraits, high-precision drawing, as well as cutting ( MAX 0.5mm) of gray paper.

7W module: lightweight design guarantees high power. Capable of high-speed deep engraving (0.5-1.5mm), suitable for marking patterns and logos, as well as cutting of wooden blocks with a thickness of 2.5-3mm.


20W module: With strong power, the engraving depth can reach 1.5-3mm in the engraving mode, and it can cut for a long time in continuous 100% power mode, which is suitable for cutting wooden blocks with a thickness of 3-5mm ( max 8mm ).

The NEJE team continuously optimizes the optical system to make the optical power loss less than 1%, the focus point is clear, and the maximum cutting thickness can reach 8mm with the correct focus adjustment.

LightBurn is a paid software. You can download it from the official website of Lightburn. This software is not developed by the NEJE team. You can use it for free for 30 days.

Adjustment method of zoom module:

1.Before adjusting the focal length, prepare a dimming lens or protective glasses for filtering and observation.

2.Place the object to be carved under the laser and adjust the height of the laser to keep the distance between the light exit and the surface of the object at (30-50mm).

3.Turn the focusing head to adjust the focus until find the point.


a.However, it should be noted that the focusing range of different laser heads is different. For details, please refer to the corresponding lens description on the wiki. For the distance under normal circumstances, the light exit distance is 30-50mm (40mm) from the engraving object.

b.If the surface of the carved or cut object is uneven or in a white and transparent state, it may cause the user to have no way to directly observe the focus state. In this case, you can use a thin gray cardboard on the surface of the object to help adjust the focus.

c.If the low-light brightness is inappropriate, you can adjust the low-light status in the software's settings page.

d.NEJE is equipped with a short-focus lens with a focal length in the 5-50mm range. The 3500 and 7w come standard with this lens. The closer the lens is to the light exit, the smaller the focus point. But there is a disadvantage: the burning smoke tends to blacken the lens. If you are trying to use this kind of close engraving or cutting, it is recommended to add an additional fan on the side to blow off the smoke and avoid contaminating the lens. If the smoke contaminates the lens, it may easily cause the lens to break. At this time, you need to purchase an additional lens to replace it. If there is no break, you need to clean the lens with a cotton swab.
